Good choice, looks great.

I initially thought a Rolex wouldn't be for me either until I acquired the GMT Master II into my collection just like you. Now it's my daily due to its versatility.

Like the matching shoes with blue laces!

Haha who knows, I wonder how many pieces a year does an AD get in Australia, did you get it from australia watch forum on facebook? I saw one advertised few days ago and it was sold within a day. I was so tempted to pull the trigger

While I don't have the Batman, I do have the 116710 GMT ceramic, It is one of the most comfortable watches I've owned.
I do like the easy adjustable band of the Submariner better though. Congrats!!
