Here it is, my Hudson.
It has a A Shild 1130 movement, probably the year of 1955

The dial was badly damaged and we tried to clean it

As the watch was to use, I did not like the final result and then we decided to have a new one. The problem is that the dial is two-tone and it was impossible to make an equal. Then the watchmaker, with two dials... made one.
Here it is the final resault.

Nice vintage!
The new dial.. the watchmaker "made" it? Or you mean he refinished the one you cleaned?

Thanks Drdavid90

The new dial has the base ( lighter color) of a new one, and the top (darker) was trimmed from the old display, cleaned and placed on the (new) base.
The final effect I think it looks very well.

Hello! Your watch looks very nice...the dial was refinished to a good standard, and the strap goes well with the watch. I hope you'll enjoy your 'new' (!) Hudson! Michael.

Yes it certainly does, credits to you and the skillful watchmaker.
