Recently purchased this watch off the forum from Jay - excellent guy to deal with BTW.
This is probably my 4th or 5th watch off the forum now, Ive lost count.
Ive been trying to save up some cash to re-visit a UN dealer in Alaska this spring but cant seem to keep myself from the sales forum here on WUS.
Needless to say I was taken aback by this Hamilton. Always liked Hamiltons and had never seen this version. The dial is exquisite and the case is nicely finished and perfectly sized
Just couldnt pass it up so once again Im broke.
Finally took some photos.

Agreed, it's a beautiful dial!

The 27 jewels is the same as any ETA 2895-2 based watch (ETA 2892A2 with subseconds dial). I think this is because additional wheels are used to move the center seconds hand to the lower position, and three of these wheels are jeweled. The intermediate second wheel, the additional intermediate wheel, and the additional second wheel. It gets confusing when using terms that are used in more than one place, like "second" and "intermediate".

Lovely timepiece. The face is the kind of style that turns heads imo, slightly unusual and very elegant.

Congrats, enjoy it!
