I received a supposedly new Poljot Traveller Alarm 5 Watch from an eBay seller. The back is clearly scratched and there looks to be a lot of debris inside the watch case. Should I argue with the seller about a refund? Do these watches normally come in perfect condition? I'm most concerned with the debris under the case. I can post pics if necessary.

Thanks!

it depends on the price and the location of the seller. not to mention - reputation.

the watches purchased from ПОЛЕТ directly usually in a good (new) condition. may be it was on sale watch from the display, or something... (((

You should send yours back. New should be new.
