Yeah, there was a time when I never thought I'd say this (see this thread -- https://www.watchuseek.com/f17/my-collection-squares-how-did-happen-2181498-3.html), but here are my 3 new squares from this past week, bringing my square total to 9!! :rodekaart With a small Amazon gift card I had and a few Rakuten points (plus Black Friday sale), I only paid about $195 for all three of these watches. ;-)
There's just something about the squares...I have come to appreciate them more than I originally did. And FWIW, since we often see questions about which G to pick for those who are joining the military, my answer now to that question, in this order, would be 1) DW-5600E or 2) DW-5600MS (if they want a negative display version); 3) DW-6900MS (very stealthed-out 6900 - but might be a little larger than needed); or 4) GW-9400 Ranger IF they want ABC functions for some reason... (but Ranger more likely to get snagged on things, and/or not fit under uniform sleeves, etc.) But I digress..
Here are the three newbies, from left-to-right, the DW-5600MS, the GW-M5610MD-9JF, and the venerable DW-5600E:

Better pics of each of those:

I have to say that I really like all 3 for different reasons. The 5600MS, designed to be a 'military stealth' model, has really cool reddish tinted digits, and a cool negative display. The M5610MD has a nice bright color palette, including a cool gold strip around the entire golden-colored LCD. And the 5600E -- looks very nice, is a nice g-shock -- and of course, has there ever been a better bargain in the watch world? I doubt it.
This brings my square total to 9 (not counting my Kings since I don't consider them to be true squares due to their size). Here are the others:
The GW-M5610R, the GW-5000, and the GW-M5610TR:
And finally we have the DW-5030, the DW-5030C, and the DW-5030D:

And I had to throw in a pic of the Casio Databank watch that arrived today, that I got from Target for $17!! :-! Now I guess I'm a true nerd. :-d
