At first glance, it looks like a post-war A-17 watch, the follow-on to the wartime A-11. However, a closer look reveals a second sub-dial ate 6 o'clock. It appears to be a re-cased Odnance Department "OF" or "OG" watch.
Looks a bit like my Revue-Sport 50's. I think lysanderxiii is right, looks like a WWII military issue watch to me. My Revue-Sport has markers instead of Arabic numerals though (except at 12, 3 and 9). The Revue-Sport 50's it is a replica of a watch issued to German privates in WWII (the original had a handwind caliber made by Revue).
