......... of invention.

Recently purchased a used WJean super jubilee from a fellow WUS member [spuds288, great seller:-!] for one of my SXK divers. When it arrived I was puzzled [as was the seller] to find the solid end links didn't accept fat Seiko spring bars.:-s Not even close. Never really been a fan of the solid end links on aftermarket bracelets, due to the protrusion beyond the lugs and "bucktooth" looking center link attachment, so decided to give a long desired experiment a try.

I used the standard issue OEM Seiko stamped end links, along with the center link connector, and attached them to the super jubilee. And danged if it didn't work.|>

The OEM end links look much better, imho.

Now I have all the heft and balance from the super jubilee, the use of 2.5mm flanged spring bars making strap changes a breeze, and the much better transition from bracelet to case.

Great results! I did the exact same thing and used the bracelet on a Steinhart GMT. It was kind of a pain to do, but it worked out great.
