You've found Festina, but pretty much all of their chronograph line would fit. Cycling is their niche.

I thought certina as well, they have some tour DE France models I believe, amongst others

To clarify: watches that evoke cycling, rather than watches that are good to wear during cycling, right?

I have nothing to add on the former (I don't think any have really given a nod to cycling in the way auto racing watches have successfully done. And on-the-nose watches with a spoked dial don't count, IMO!). There are several threads regarding the latter on WUS and cycling forums.

Festina is probably going to be your best bet. They released a "Tour de France" line a couple of years ago. I have the one pictured (Internet pic attached), although there are variants in other colors (green comes immediately to mind) and with bracelets instead of the rubber straps. I put mine on a distressed leather band. It is a very big watch.
