I've seen these Tiffany movements pop up from time to time and there seems to be a bit of mystery surrounding their origin. Some sources reference a Tiffany manufacture established in Switzerland in 1874 that produced movements as well as finished pieces. Maybe this is a rare in-house Tiffany movement?

Although the snail cam regulator looks a bit Patek-ish.

Wow, awesome! Mystery finally solved.

Do do you know if it has a caliber number or any other identifier?

Have you seen it in any LeCoultre or other pieces?
