I am sorry but we don't give valuations here for various reasons. The watch is from the 1980s - the style is rather 1970s but the brand was registered in 1982 - and was made/assembled in Hong Kong. As it states on the dial, it will have a japanese movement, possibly by Seiko or Citizen (sold by their respective generic movement branches UT or Miyota).
Citron was a low cost brand of no particular historical note. Other Citrons were powered by Swiss pin lever movements. The story goes that the owner of Citron ordered a batch of cases (not this one) from Raketa in the USSR leading to the production of the Raketa watch style popularly known as ‘Baker’.
