The movement is a Patek Philippe cal. 9-90 which was produced between 1934 and 1950 (movement #s: 830000-839999, the part blacked out on the movement by the seller). Looking at the style of the watch, I would say no later than early to mid '40s, probably earlier. A very fine movement in a typical high-end dress watch of its time.

Having said that, the crown looks relatively unworn. Could be a replacement done during regular service.

What did you pay for it? Or how much is the asking price?

I have no idea about how much to pay but the seller is asking around 40,000usd.

Whats your Say.I have checked web & i find it cheap but worried about authenticity.

You should never be spending that much money on a watch from a seller that you don't already trust completely. If you have even the slightest doubt about the authenticity of the watch, then even if it's real you also have doubts about the person you'll be giving a lot of money to, and that's too much money to give to someone you aren't 100% sure about.
