Hi,

Lately i have found Grandpa's old watch.
Google is unable to tell me anything about it.
Please help. Any info would be appreciated.
Dial: Exactus Precimaster 41 jewels Swiss Made
Back: Specimaster 8823, 562477, Stainless Steel back, Water proof, Automatic, Swiss Made.
Unfortunetly the crown is missing, i am in looking for a master watchmaker nearby (Budapest).
Thank You.

It looks as if it dates to the 1960s. I am not very familiar with the Exactus brand although I have seen Exactus watches that date as early as the 1940s.
No mechanical watch needs 41 jewels so that is mostly marketing rather than a technical thing.

Thank you guys. I hope more to come.

I have checked the links. Interesting that ETA actually was born in the lat '20s.
Not really clear the state of Precimax. Est. in 1953 and absorbed in 1941?

Sorry - poor punctuation. o| I meant Exactus formed (maybe) in 1953; Precimax absorbed in 1941. Precimax was formed in 1933 in Neuchatel by S. Tripet.
