Here are some pics, it just arrived and I really have not spent to much time with it but the module and display are exactly the same as the GW5525-1C, display has the same gold tint as the Dawn Black. I will be wearing it with the clear jelly for now, but my plan is to put on the black bezel and band from a GWM-5600. I would also be using the gold buckle on the black band, goofing off the white letters on the black bezel and re-painting with Gold. Parts have already been ordered from Casio.

I dig the gold display too, as it's the same from the GW-5525 I used to have. The only real bummer is that the resin case looks white, which may stand out against the black resin/band (most likely...only 'we' will know ;-)).

Now I just gotta find the same killer deal you did!

Topher, like the saying goes 'great minds think alike' ;-) . It should look great on that black bracelet. The resin case being white is like you said the only bummer, but should not be an issue once you have it strapped to your wrist.

I like the band it is so different than what other people are wearing :-! i think spartans mod will look great but i would not mod the orignal bezel and straps you can allways keep for those days you want to stand out b-)

Topher i think your mod will look cool to if you guys are throughing away the clear bezel and straps let me know ;-)

I was able to use a 10% off Ebay coupon :-! as well, it was the cheapest price I found. I know Casio USA sells, for $130 plus tax and ship.
