Just saw this on their Instagram and website. I like it.

$899 which isn't a bad price for an ETA 2893-2 with Helson's build quality.

--Bezel with sapphire inlay

--Bracelet: Comfortable 20 mm stainless steel bracelet with removable screwed end links, ratcheting clasp; 20x20mm CUDA rubber strap.

You sir, have made my year with his post. Finally, a 38mm diver GMT. The black version looks good, $899 is a fair price to me. PVD and bronze options would have been nice as opposed to the other colour choices chosen.
Yep, I recently bought a Sharkmaster 300 and I think their build quality and choice of movements is deserving of the price tag, specially if you factor in the 10-15% discount you can get from them during their sales.

Interesting. If they had made this with their titanium case and gave it applied indexes that might be enough to push me over the edge on this. Right now the painted indexes is why I haven't bonded with my SD38ti. Have they talked about if the bezel will be bi-directional or unidirectional and how many clicks it will be?

I don't have any more information than what's on their website, unfortunately.

From my understanding Helson runs 15% off sales a few times a year (I know for sure they do for the lunar new year). That would bring the price down to $765. I don't think the MSRP is too bad, but I think if you can wait for one of their sales that is a very good price for this watch.

Assuming this watch has similar depreciation to their other models you could probably find a used one for $500-600 in a year or so

Yeah, I second this. I got my Sharkmaster 300 during one of their sales and they run those a few times a year. I think the watch turns out to be quite reasonable once you factor that 15% discount.
I emailed them a few days ago about the bezel but I have not heard back.

Coincidentally, Zelos just released their Horizons GMT, using the same movement. Priced at $749 for non-meteorite versions. Just a FYI, not saying one is a better deal vs the other.

The meteorite one is very interesting though.
