Would appear to be a JDM watch. It has a caliber 40S60 automatic 24 jewel movement with hand winding and hacking (according to the specs)

I don't know that I would ever buy this, but it is nice to look at. I think the red is hot! I like the red accent on the case. Bracelet looks interesting as well.

Maybe this means there will be some deals on the older model...

The red does look good. For me it would be a difficult decision between the yellow and the red versions. One of those times you'd like to see them in real life against an internet purchase I think.

Not yet John but I did notice a couple of very cheap yellow Orient Star Retro Future Bikes on eBay. One of them was US$219-99 if you can handle a burnt yellow face with blue hands (incorrectly attributed as having a sapphire crystal)

That 'live' shot of the red one is pretty nice. The fact that it hacks/handwinds is a first if I'm not mistaken, for a Retro Future model. I like! :-!

Gorgeous! Love the way how the lugs emulate either the handle bar of the bike or the down tubes of the main frame.

I've always admired Orient's willingness and ability to implement quirky design elements, provided that they weren't too over the top.

As I see it, I think they went just a little bit overboard with these. :-d
