Just received it tonight, purchased from the Spanish site (relojesdemoda.com), took a little over a week to get here. I've just worn it for a few minutes.

Overall I feel the watch is better on paper. In person I was a bit underwhelmed.

Good:
  • Materials: Sapphire, Titanium case and bracelet, Duratect
  • Functions: Eco-drive, 100m WR, Day/Date
  • Build quality: Solid yet lightweight, I'm not very particular on fit/finish. Second hand hit all the marks spot on, no bounce.

Underwhelmed:
  • Day/date window top to bottom is a bit too narrow, affects legibility.
  • Overall look is a bit flat and plain, from afar, very similar to a $40 Timex Expedition.
  • Lume I'll test out tonight. First glance, it's NO dive watch lume, far worse than BN0150, might be similar to Nighthawk BJ7000, those are the two Citizens I've owned. Anyway will report back.

I guess it could be more impressive, but for $200 with that materials and quality, I cannot complain too much.

Here's a couple of quick shots. Sorry about the quality. I put it on a Barton cordura/silicon hybrid strap (22mm).

Very nice package.

Citizen is a great value proposition all around. You could almost put a luxury brand label on it and people would pay out the arse for it. Enjoy! ;).

I recently picked up the white (off-white) version, BM8560-88XE; and I agree with your assesment: "a bit underwhelmed, but for $200 with that materials and quality, I cannot complain too much."

Up close it's got some nice detail; but from further away, it's much flatter and low-contrast (I tried to capture that in the 2nd picture). Overall I like it.
