I mainly buy Seikos, Citizens and Tissots... but this particular Sinn just blows my mind in it's beauty and simplicity. I want it at all costs as my go-to dress watch!! Is it still being manufactured? What is the model number?

thats a sinn 1746 klassik.

the only official sinn retailer in the US is watchbuys and I didn't see it on their site. However a quick google search for sinn 1746 klassik (or classic) shows other international retailers who carry it.
