Wow! Looks great- a big congrats to you!!! Is it the 42mm or the 45mm? Taking links out is super easy. Do a search on watchuseek or YouTube and you will see it explained. Just make sure you put a big towel on the table you are working on.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to have some tools for taking out links and removing a bracelet on your own, and have someone show you the best way to do it without scratching your Precious. For just in case kinda situations later on.
