Brown Santa (UPS guy) made a delivery this morning.

This is the first brand-new luxury watch I've ever purchased. I'm a bit more geeked-out about it than I thought I'd be.

Congratulations Pronstar. You simply can't go wrong with a PO

Wear it for many many years in good health.

The worst part:
I can't escape from the office before my watch guy closes, so I can't get it sized. Until tomorrow (hopefully).
So I have to stare at this darned box all day.

Talk about "first world problems"... :)

Wow! Looks great- a big congrats to you!!! Is it the 42mm or the 45mm? Taking links out is super easy. Do a search on watchuseek or YouTube and you will see it explained. Just make sure you put a big towel on the table you are working on.

It's the 45.5...I was torn between the two, so I went in the "go big or go home" direction :)

My previous "largest watch" is my 44mm Oris, but it tapers so it wears smaller...there's no way this PO will ever "wear small" LOL

Just ordered a rubber strap with deployment and orange contrast stitching (no Omega), can't wait for it to arrived.

Thanks for the tip about the links, BTW

It's a beauty! There's nothing like the feeling of having an Omega on your wrist. Enjoy!

So, you don't need to re-size it?

It wouldn't be a bad idea to have some tools for taking out links and removing a bracelet on your own, and have someone show you the best way to do it without scratching your Precious. For just in case kinda situations later on.
