Hello,

I just received this watch (sorry, I have no camera, this is the seller's picture):

I really like the watch; however, the hour and minute hand alignment is way off. When the hour hand is on the hour the minute hand is at :20. Is there any way to fix this or do I have to send it back to Russia?

The only way to make sure is to get the hour and minute hands at 12.00 and see if they overlap perfectly right at the 12 mark. I would contact the seller first and see what is the best way to rectify this situation, but a local watchmaker can fix it in five minutes.

It is definitely not aligned. With the hour at 12:00 the minute hand is at 4:00.

It's good to know that it's an easy fix. Now to find a watchmaker here.
