Short answer, no... The NH15 is a smaller size movement so it is not interchangeable with the NH35.

 

I've figured as much from the dimensions, are there any movements with similar dimensions that you know of off hand?

 

No... even if the dimensions were the same it would have to have the same attachment points for the case and dial as well. I don't think anything else is going to be a 1-for-1 swap.

 

10-4, that's what I was assuming from looking at other movements, guess I'll have to live with what's in there.

The NH15/NH15A has a very small 10.5 ligne diameter. The only alternative SII or TMI movement would be the NH16
