My vote would go for the Seiko SPB. Very robust daily; can be dressed up a bit if needed. Can also be had at a decent discount to MSRP.
The Sinn is a nice piece, but not the best bang per buck given the movement is run of the mill ETA; in that range I would start looking at preowned Black Bay 58 w/inhouse movement.
