This release from NTH is absolutely fabtastic. Same tried and tested NTH Sub case, same tried and true Miyota 9015, plus all the good lucks of blacker-than-black bezel insert and gilt-relief-goodness. For my money, the best Sub homage on the market. Discuss.

I could do this all day, but you get the idea.

BB57??
confused.gif

And yes, this thing is a grand slam. Quickly displaced everything else in my box as my favorite bar none. This is ridiculous, I get that, but all of the details here are so much more elevated than the other Subs I've owned or handled (which is basically all of them). It's the gilt, that amazing black dial, the blacker-than-black bezel, the improved bracelet, and -- I think -- the negative relief logo (*shiver*). I'd put this watch head-to-head against an Aquaracer, Hydroconquest, or any other ~$2k "big brand" dive watch out there.

BB57 as in the homage/better version of Tudor Black Bay "BB58".
I’ve not handled the 58, so I’m not going that far. But, to be sure, it’s easier to get yer hands on the 57!

The Carolina is better.

They are both great, but the Carolina will always be first. At least from Doc anyway.
