Can somebody told me something about it?
It's worth trying to restore it? Thank you

Welcome to Watchuseek. I understand that Tellus was one of several brands from Cortebert. Chances are it uses a Cortebert hand wind movement that is housed in what appears to be a chrome plated case. Your watch looks like late 1940's to mid 1950's in style. You should pay to have it fully restored only if you would enjoy and wear the watch. If it were my watch I would leave the dial as is. I would have the movement serviced and the crystal polished and enjoy it as is.

It likely uses one of the listed manual wind movements.
