Seems legit to me. This is the early version dial. Typically the dial lume aged differently than the hands on these, if you check out chrono24 etc, you will see a lot of watches with the same "color combination." The reason is that in the 90s Omega used tritium, and only later switched to superluminova (without changing the reference number). The 54 million serial puts this watch to 1993, making it one of the earliest ones, so it is in line with the dial lume color. The placement of the serial seems a bit strange to me though (the inside of the 7 o'clock lug is the right place, but it seems to be too close to the watch case - but it can also simply be the picture’s resolution) The tip of the second hand was red originally, but the earliest seamaster 300ms usually faded to white (like this one did). Omega also took care of it in the later versions within the same reference. All in all, I agree with thx67 that it would take a lot of work to fake all this without being able to make too much money on the watch. The movement could still be a non-omega one, but what these pictures seem just fine.
