Hi, i've just purchased a seamaster Planet Ocean with box minus papers.
Can anyone help with identifying if it's a fake? The lume is very faint now. Do i need to charge it under sunlight for it to be brighter? Thank you kindly. Any help is much appreciated 🙏🙏🙏

Those are still around, but with computers, high resolution cameras and printers, virtually anyone can replicate a dial - the usual first dead giveaway.

I've been comparing with the image on this thread Real or Fake Omega Planet Ocean cal. 8500
And pretty much check all the boxes for genuine signs.
But i would be grateful if somebody can spot anything i missed.

I have the exact same reference on rubber and every detail is identical. Mine came from an authorized dealer.

does the bezel on yours play a little bit? Mine has developed some play and it drives me insane. Incredibly accurate watch though, like 5 seconds a day when I wear it every day.
