Apologies in advance for asking this. Pretty Certain it has been asked before but cant find a specific enough answer.

I have recently bought my first high end watch and I love it. However I also have a few low end but personal value watches that have been passed down to me etc.

I have 4 watches in total and rotate weekly. So in a month I'll wear each watch for one week then put it to one side.

While I am not wearing my speedmaster which is a manual wind watch - should i let it wind down and effectivly 'rest' it for 3 weeks or should i keep it wound(even if not wearing). Is this better for the mechanism, oil lubrication etc

Any advise would be helpful.
