Hello all,

I've had a vintage Movado-Zenith Museum for the past couple of years, but I've never figure out how to actually open it. The lugs and mineral glass are one piece that comes off with the movement, face, and back as the removable part. However, unlike my other watches with this design feature, this does not have a spot on the side to open it -- nor does it have dents to unscrew something. In March or so I dropped the watch and it came off, but in the panic of the moment, I put it back together immediately -- without checking for dust that might've gotten in. Well, the issue now is that the face has some dust in it that irks me. Does anyone know how to open this specific type of watch? I can post pictures if it helps.

Cheers,
Lei.

Is that the watch in question? If not, there is always the possibility that we are dealing with a monocoque (single shell) case. In which case, the only way to access the movement is via the dial.....
