OK,
So take a look at this 63-66 cal. 286.

Seller says: Condition: excellent, 96%

Think it is a re-dial?

A straight-on dial shot would make it easier to tell. I wouldn't want to say for sure, because a lot of the vintage black dialed Omegas are refinished, but this one looks good. If it's a redial, it's done well.

That's a good observation, Fergie. I'm not certain, but I think the bottom of them contour to the dial. They look like they're placed properly, anyway.

Like Eric said - a picture will a full frontal view would be helpful (of the dial ;-)). It appears the dial is in great shape. Given the age of the watch this is a bit surprising. In addition, the black dials were far less common.... This is circumstantial, but would lead me to think this is a redial.

In regards to Fergie's remark - I thought this was the case too, but looking closely at the markers I think they are convex towards the edge and this is obscured by shadow...
