Hello all,
I went to the watch store this morning to replace dead batteries on some of my watches. At the store I saw the new Seiko diver on the display case. Really nice! I tried it on my hand and seriously wanting to purchase it. Out of curiosity I asked the store owner whether he heard about this limited edition Orient and he told me he has one in his storage.
So he showed me the Orient STI, serial number 607.
The price is a little cheaper than the new Seiko diver. The 3D effect of the carbon fiber dial is a beauty. The logos, hour markers seems to float on the dial.
I decided the Seiko can wait.
Here are some quick shots of the watch... on top of Tintin's rocket ship.

Here's a shot of the two power reserve Orients that I own side by side:

The one on the right is a dress watch with the power reserve indicator located at 12 o'clock, thus the crown is located at 3 o'clock position.
