I have a 7 in. wrist and for whatever reason the 40mm 65 just felt a little smallish, traded it for the 42mm 65. The 42mm 65 feels better although I still like the 40mm dial design. The 40mm dial in 42mm case would be awesome! I like Oris as a brand.
I would love to see that 40mm dial in 42..

Both appeal to me as a fan of vintage stuff, but with the sale at Watchstation earlier in the week, I couldn't resist. The clasp on the jubilee is kind of gimmicky and takes a little practice to do with one hand, but I don't hate it. That said, I tried on some different bands this week, and am currently set on this.

Looks great! What size wrist do you have? Have you noticed any crown dig? I seem to be pretty sensitive to it.

I have a flatish 6.75" wrist. I've worn it the last two days to work since receiving and had no issue with crown dig at all. The only nit I can even pick is that the crown threads were kinda rough when i received it. Put a dab of silicon grease on the threads and haven't had an issue since.

I'd go with the Oris.

- From these pics, it looks like the Zodiac might suffer from some legibility issues.
- And the dial in the Oris is better balanced.

I use this bracelet. After some tiny modifications it's now wearing very comfortable.

Could you describe the the "tiny modifications"? TIA
The SeaWolf has quite long lugs. Therefor not only the endlink is embedded between the lugs but also a very small part of the next link. As a result this link was not completely free to move. I sanded the side of the link bit, where they have been in contact with the lugs. This is invisible as all the link-sides where brushed not polished. It was not necessary to unmount the sanded links. I could "isolate the working area" simply by folding the bracelet accordingly. I think most people will not even notice this tiny problem. Then you just have to mount & size the bracelet.

There are many details I love about both watches. I prefer the 65 a little more though. The 65 dial is more symmetric compared to the Zodiac which I find more appealing. The 65 has that dome crystal which is simply sublime. The finish and workmanship of the 65 is a bit better imo.

If forced the 65. But, I can fortunately choose both

Awesome pics! For some reason the Oris looks a bit more premium but love both. I actually have a Sea Wolf en route and am super excited :).

How's the comfort on the Sea Wolf? It seems half of the reviews love the bracelet and the other half hates it, not much in between. I like the fact that there is no folding clasp that adds bulk to the inside of the bracelet. I rarely find them super comfortable on my wrist.
