I just got a used Aquis Depth Gague and while i little beat up, it looks and feels totally legit.
For some reason the serial number could not register in the MyOris section of the website and would not come up with details upon searching.
Any idea what is going on?

Thanks

It might have been purchased via grey market originally.

Chris
So grey market watches don't register with Oris even though they were produced and initially purchased prom Oris by a third party of some sort?

Anyway. Oris responded back to me. They tweaked something in the database and it now registers no problem.

One of my Oris came from a GM dealer and could be registered without any problem. I guess it might just be an issue if you want to register a second hand watch whose number are already in the system.

Cheers

I just found this site after a search and am not familiar with the, "My Oris" registration. Is it similar to the Omega or TAG registration? Are there any benefits or extra info available such as DOM, etc?
