Good Day Guys. I owned an Oris BC3 advanced day-date wristwatch. It's almost two years old. I observed that it is late 1 minute every week. That means i am losing 8.6 seconds per day. Is this normal? Thanks much. chumbian

No worries. Oris makes a very dependable watch. However, it would not hurt to treat it to a service at the three-four year mark.

Not that expensive and makes it purr for years to come.

Yes an error rate of 8 seconds per day is actually quite good for a mechanical watch. The average daily error rate for a chronometer is +6/-4 seconds. Welcome to the Oris club. I enjoy an XXL Complication and two pointer dates.
