Hi everyone,
I apologize if this topic has been covered before.

Try as I might I can not find anything from Oris (or anyone who might know) what is considered acceptable time keeping from these 2 models, as in the +/- SPD.

My Big Crown ProPilot is running +12 spd typical, the BC3 +3/4 spd.

Cheers, Mike.

Oris give themselves plenty of leeway when it comes to variances. I think they say that -5/+20 SPD is acceptable.

That is quite a bit of leeway alright. I wonder if it would be worth while getting the Big Crown ProPilot Date regulated by a local watch smith?

If it is not under warranty and is running at + 12 seconds per day, even though it is in spec, I would say yes.

Thanks all for your input. The watch goes into a local watchmaker on Tuesday to be assessed for repairs if necessary and then regulated. I should know by Thursday and I will post what the final out come will be.

Have you regulated your Oris Big Crown Pro Pilot? Mine is running at -8s per day which is a bit disappointing. I'm guesssing that ProPilot has Top Grade movement?
