Pam homages with vintage movements?

Does anyone sell these? After a lot of deliberation, I think this would be my ultimate watch.

Double AR sapphire
Well done case with good quality CG.
And a nice, serviced, vintage Hamilton or similar movement ticking away in it.
And some real water resistance.

I've seen people with custom jobs, I assume they did for themselves, but does anyone offer to do these for others?
