DESCRIPTION:
This is a unique and collectible Panerai watch. It has a polished stainless steel case that measures 44mm. Considered a "base' model is appreciated by all Panerai collectors. When it comes to Panerai, less is more! You will notice that the already interesting, patented locking crown is on the left side of the case which gives the watch a special appearance. Although the Destro watch is meant to be worn on the left hand, it wears just as comfortably on the right hand! The black two layered "sandwich" dial is also desirable and you will appreciate the bright luminous Arabic numbers and markers. The hands are also luminous, and time is easy to read! The hand wound mechanical movement is durable and easy to maintain. You and others will love that you can see the movement through the crystal exhibition case back. Because this movement has been around for over 50 years, most watchmakers can service this watch and parts are readily available. But these watches rarely have problems! The super thick sapphire crystal, shock resistant, a 42-hour power reserve and water resistant up to 300 meters will make this a great daily wear watch. The watch comes on an OEM Panerai black calf strap with an interchangeable OEM Paneri steel Pre Vendom style buckle. You will also receive a second aftermarket tan suede strap.
