I suppose it depends on how traditional is the man or woman. I would generally consider it a modern pretentious rich ladies watch, so would not select it for myself.

With that said, I would not be surprised if I saw someone like Nick Cage wearing it. I would not judge Nick though for doing so, for fear that he would take my face off.

It's more of an internal conflict where you can't deny how clean they look and how comfortable they are, but still make you feel uncomfortably dirty inside.
