Was there any small stickers on the underside of the white outer box? Mine actually has one that says made in china 2021. Called my local Omega shop and he said it was common.

Quick update, noticed a sticker on the bottom of the outer box that said 2021 and decided to retrieve the watch from the current jeweler and bring it to an Authorized Dealer. They confirmed the watch was a 2021 and sent the watch off for Warranty repair.
