Well the hands sizes for the hour and second hands would be different (GMT hand?), and the dial feet positions are way off.
I think the Mingzhu DG5833 and the Dixmont DG3804 are the same movement, both meant as inexpensive substitutes for the ETA 2893, but unlike some other Chinese ETA clones, they are not drop-in replacements. The Sea-Gull ST2130, Liaoning Peacock SL3000 and Hangzhou 6 Series are clones, in that they use the same designs, and most of the parts are interchangeable. They can drop-in replace an ETA 2824-2. The DG calibers are all based on the Miyota 8 Series architecture, but are not exact clones of the Miyotas.
Unfortunately, neither the Seiko 4R/NH3x or Miyota 8 Series offers a GMT complication. Sea-Gull made the TY2846/ST1622, but stopped production around 2013.
