I'm trying to get myself into this new hobby. So far I have only used Parker pens. Can anybody give me some Pen Brands that makes watches also? I would appreciate if they have (respectable) watches and not just a fashion watch they branched out into.

I can think of Montblanc and Montegrappa only.

Give people time. This isn't one of the more widely read boards, since it's not a watch board.

The only company known for both, at least that comes to mind offhand, would be Montblanc. I looked at those Montegrappa watches, and they're fashion watches by my lights. MB is part of Richemont and purchased the well-respected movement maker Minerva some years back.

Porsche Design would be another, perhaps.

yeah Montblanc is really the only brand that comes to mind that does respectably in both watches and pens. There are certainly watch brands that stamp their logos onto pens--I've seen Nomos and Grand Seiko fountain pens. But they're not a pen manufacturer.

For example, this Nomos FP https://nomos-glashuette.com/en/to-give-away-or-to-keep-for-yourself-/aluminum-fountain-pen
It's actually a Kaweco pen with a Nomos logo. Kaweco is a well known penmaker.

pen wristwatches are most likely logos on quartz fashion watches. Take this Pelikan for example.

however, there are some occasional collabs, like this Pelikan Chronoswiss pairing
