The wifey caught the Swiss mechanical watch bug recently and fell in love with this from the local watchmakers. She was cooing over it so how could I not say yes? I can't find much on the manufacture but know it's a Swiss 17 jewel handwound movement and keeps fairly good time. Enjoy!

Now to put it into perspective:

Don't know much about "Berney" either. The movement looks like some Swiss savonnette movement - the skeletization process has made 100% accurate identification impossible (unless you still find a maker's stamp) but could be one of a variety of ebauches looking like each other, e.g. Adolf Schild AS 1727:

or FHF 138.011:

...both of which were used by Roamer in the recent past, so there must still be old stock to be used for skeletized pendant watches. Or it might be something else still, and I wouldn't rule out the possibility of a Chinese copy of one of these Swiss movements either. Unless you are absolutely sure that it really is a Swiss movement.
