Can enyone help me with this watch.

It is Perseo 17 jewels and I want to give an offer. I don't ask for estimate but for some information:

year of manufacturing, material, movement quality etc.

Mikrolisk gives Perseo (with a three star logo, as yours has on the dial) as being a subbrand of Cortebert, a renowned watch manufacturer. In view of the fact that Cortebert made their own movements, including pocket watch movements, it is a little surprising that, going by the shape of the balance cock, it isn't one of their own movements inside but rather what looks like an Unitas, e.g.:

bidfun-db Archiv: Uhrwerke: Unitas 508

Age? Definitely more modern, i.e. post WWII.
