Say, I just saw a Phantom up for auction. The description mentioned a blue tinted lume on the hands and indicies.

Is this true? Has it always been the case?

Can anyone comment on the Phantom's lume? Pics?

Kev.

p.s. - In case the seller reads this, I offer my apologies in advance. I've never seen the Phantom in person and am not questioning your description. I'm just curious how others might describe the hue of the lume. I've just never seen the Phantom's lume described in that way. Since the lume on my other watches are all green, I think a cool blue would be awesome! :-!

Older Stainless Phantom bottom row, forth from left, blue hands.

New Ti Phantom and the hands are also quite blue. Lumed Skullbeads added for scary effect, BOO! I made the lume on those myself.

Vince,

You are the man! Thanks for the quick reply and great photos. Nice skulls by the way. Wow, I really like the different colors of the lume on the Phantom. I recently read that the Sinn U2 also uses green lume on the bezel and indicies and blue lume on the hands. I thought that was the coolest thing!

Jeff,

I thought the seller might be from around here, although I have no idea who it is. I hope folks see that my inquiry was innocent. Also, based on the reply above, I am even more in awe of the Phantom than I was yesterday. What a wonderful watch!
