As soon as Aniceto showed their brand new 5-axis CNC machine to the world wide web audience, I knew something cool was coming up.

Aniceto, a self-taught watchmaker and member of the exclusive AHCI (Académie Horlogère desCréateurs Indépendants) is passionate about watches since his early childhood and was awarded atthe Geneva watchmaking innovation fair. He is recognized as a Master in contemporarywatchmaking for creating and patenting new concepts in horology.
And then the teasing started. First with this picture of a F1 racing car:

Not long after, they presented the first rendering of the new Pita Barcelona Roadster, their latest racing inspired chronograph featuring a car dashboard on the dial "never seen before":

The roadster will feature an innovative bullhead design with integrated oversized pushers for fast access, and super lightweight F1 materials for the technical case:

The oversized 12mm wide pushers adapt to the fingers perfectly, while resembling a throttle pedal. Pushers are curved and integrated inside the bullhead case with the crown, increasing comfort dramatically while offering a sleek design.

Technical specifications for the new Roadster:
• Chronograph featuring 30 minutes and 12 hours counters, and central 60 seconds hand.• Central hours and minutes.
• Continuous seconds disk at 5pm.
• Date indicator at 4pm.
• Crafted, assembled and hand-finished by AHCI Master Watchmaker Aniceto Jiménez Pita.
• Numbered and limited edition of 99 watches per year.
• Personalization options available. Multiple variations.
Dial and hands:
• Dashboard design dial. Multi-layered construction.
• Metallic hour and minute hands with White C1 Super-LumiNova tips.
• Chronograph functions in red color. Time functions in white color.
Case and strap:
• Aluminium-Lithium alloy, 17g weight. Brushed finish. Other materials and coatings available.
• Asymmetric lugs with slanted case orientation.
