Can the pushers on the Planet Ocean Chronograph be pushed underwater?

Yes, the PO Chrono has pushers that can function underwater.

In case it makes you feel extra safe, here's the official word from the Omega Website:

Chronograph push-pieces:
Do not operate chronograph pushers under water in order to prevent water entering the mechanism.
Exception: The Seamaster 300M and 600M chronographs have pushers which can function under water.

Thanks Jeff. I'm familiar with the 300M chrono but what's a 600M chrono? PO maybe?
