Hello!

I am just starting a small watch "collection," thus far consisting of an Omega Speedmaster "moon watch" and a Glycine Incursore Black Jack Complique. While I save for a more formal dress watch -- probably an IWC Portuguese -- this Raymond Weil caught my eye and I thought I'd ask people's opinion about it here.

All I know is this is model #7011, the movement is a 17-jewel manual-wind Peseux 7001, and I find the watch very elegant.

Does anyone know the year or have any opinion on its quality / reliability / value?

Thanks very much in advance for any information.

Nice looking watch. RW are better known for their quartz watches and as they only started up in 1973, it can't be earlier than that. I would guess seventies or early eighties but the movement was in production until only a few years ago.
