Well, the general layout is definitely the same (proving that IWC actually made watches with that layout) and the watch in this post also has certain features indicating quality: Breguet hairspring, bimetallic Guillaume balance with temperature screws. At the same time, it could be a pimped FHF movement. My verdict is that I would keep an open mind about it at present and ask for more pictures of the rest of the watch and, if possible, the dial side of the movement.
