These were the result of a collaboration between Vostok and Poljot, produced for export to the Italian market in the late 1980s. It's basically a Poljot 3133 watch with Vostok branding and imagery. So while it's not a genuine "Komandirskie" that would have been available to the Soviet military, it is a real Soviet watch (or perhaps a more recent reissue, but everything looks correct).
