Hey guys just found this forum and wanted to share some pics for those of you with eagle eyes. I am purchasing this timewalker as long as it is authentic. Seems real and seller was very confident. Just not sure what any signs to look for in case it's a fake. Just doing my homework before I close the deal. Thanks for the help trying to post the pics but not working any tips for that?

The boxes look right, serial number matches the case back, movement looks good too. It comes with the date adjuster tool which is good, I had to go back to check if it was in any of the pictures. From the style of the packaging I believe the original owner bought it probably within the last year or so? Does that match with his story?

Didn't say exactly when it was purchased but hadn't been worn. Lady said it was part of her husbands collection. Montblanc store is far away from me so I'm just researching all I can online. Had a jeweler look at it and he said it was a quality build. But I spoke to another watchmaker and they said the copies are being made very well these days. I've been wearing it for a day and it's keeping great time. Chronographs work. Paid 2200. The bracelet feels sturdy but lighter than I would think. I've heard montblanc did a good job designing the bracelet to wear it wasn't so heavy. Love the watch so far. Sold my rolex date just. And am buying this. Love the size difference.

There are super reps of this watch that have been knocking around for a while, they even use a movement almost indentical to the real thing.

One give away away with the reps is a short 6 tail, so where you can see the 6 thats been cut short the stick on copies is short, plus the montblanc font tends to be very dark.

Looking at at your watch and given the fakes I've seen yours looks real, but more movement shots would help to be 100% sure

its not uncommon for people to install gen dials in copied watches.

Just taken a look at some super reps online, they all have 30m on the back and not 3bar which the gen has

yours has 3 bar and looking at the movement picture above to my best guess it's real

congrats
