TWO-YEAR TIMELESS PRE-OWNED WARRANTY

• Timeless Luxury Watches offers unprecedented security for the pre-owned watch buyer with our two-year Timeless Pre-Owned Warranty program.
• Unless already covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, all pre-owned watches sold by Timeless Luxury Watches are covered by our special Timeless Pre-Owned Warranty.
• If the pre-owned watch has fewer than two years remaining of its factory warranty when sold, that difference, up to a total of two years, will be made up by the Timeless extended warranty.
• This warranty covers precisely what the original factory warranty did for each watch. Extra years of warranty are non-transferable to future owners of the watch.

PURCHASING DETAILS

Before Buying

• Each photo is of the specific watch being sold, not a stock photo provided by the manufacturer
• We never "touch up" our pre-owned watches to cover scratches, discoloration, dings, or other forms of damage
• Because our photos are accurate depictions of the watch, please examine each photo carefully before purchasing
• While we generally only offer pre-owned watches in excellent condition, we do offer re-finishing services by a qualified watchmaker by request for a small fee
• More photos can be taken by request

Payment

• Please contact us if you're unable to use PayPal
• Please respond within three days or your right to purchase the item may be withdrawn
• Payment must be received within 10 calendar days from the end of the auction or listing
• We do not accept payment from, or ship to, Russia, Indonesia, or Africa
• We are required to collect 8.25% Texas sales tax on all items shipped to a Texas address unless you fax, email or mail us a valid re-sellers permit

Return Policy

• Pre-owned watches may be returned if received by Timeless Luxury Watches within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase
• The watch must be in the same condition it was sold in
• The watch must include everything it was sold with, including straps, bracelet links, boxes, papers, etc.
• Except for returns resulting from an error made by Timeless Luxury Watches, the customer must be return shipping
• In some cases, there will be a 10% restocking fee
• Fees and costs from customs and import duties will not be refunded

For domestic (US) and Canadian shipping we are offering free 2-day shipping for a limited time only.

Overnight shipping is also available for an additional charge.

International

Timeless Luxury Watches offers fully insured shipping to almost every country in the world. The cost to ship internationally is based on the cost of the item, the location, and the shipping speed. The customer is responsible for customs, import duties, VAT, and any other taxes.

Timeless Luxury Watches will not change the declared amount for international shipping from the actual value of the watch, nor will we declare the watch as a gift.
