I recently bought an EcoZilla from them. It looks like the correct site.
I got a good deal and 2nd day air UPS for only $6 total shipping! That might have been a pre-Christmas shipping price though.
I don't know about their customer service - haven't needed it, but the deal went quick. I received the tracking number quickly and emails quickly too.
I'd use them again.

I don't know what "Hot Diamonds Watches" are, but this girl seems to like Princeton!

 

Princeton is the real deal. I stopped in there about a year ago and talked with the owner for about an hour and looked over his merchandise.

He was handing me Dubeys and Fortis and other high end watches to look at. Before I left he pulled a Patek Calatrava that he had just gotten back from the factory with a new Patek gator strap and was selling it around $6k.

Very very nice and accomodating retailer who has a ton of real inventory.

I thought he was especially accomodating considering I had never met him before.

 

Since they had the best price, I ordered an ESQ from them on 21 Dec, at noon Pacific. If I had ordered by 10 AM Pacific, they would have shipped it the same day. They were offering FREE UPS Next Day shipping for orders over $149, which mine was. They shipped the order on 22 Dec and I received it on Christmas Eve, 24 Dec. Since it was a Christmas present, the timing was perfect. Great service! :-!

 

Not only does Princeton offer great discounts and free next day shipping, but they also have a 30 day return policy with no restocking fee. I've tested this policy, and they promptly refunded the price of the watch minus a reasonable fee for their original shipping charge.
